Meredith McDaniel
Children’s Ministry Director, Davidson Campus
I grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina where I met my husband of five years, Ben McDaniel. We both attended NCSU in Raleigh & have served in various roles with Young Life over the past 10 years. He is currently the YL Associate Area Director for the Lake Norman Area. We have a son, Grady Levi (2) & another little guy on the way, named Judah Avett, he’ll go by Jude. I love cheese, our rescue weimaraner Salem, antiques, crafting, & being outdoors. I graduated last spring with my Masters in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary & am slowly building my private practice clientele in Davidson as a satellite of Cornerstone Counseling Center of Hickory, NC.
My passion is to provide counsel & support to children, teens, & college age students, in addition to their families. I could not be more excited to help launch Lake Forest Church-Davidson & serve our children/families in hopes of providing a glimpse of Jesus & His deep love for us through the hands & feet of the volunteers that will be serving regularly. I count it a privilege to have a front row seat in watching these little people soak up bits & pieces of the gospel like a sponge. I could not think of anything much more beautiful than that.
