If you’re new to Lake Forest and you are looking for opportunities to make connections and grow in your faith, the best starting place is our Welcome 101 course.
During these sessions, our pastors will lead you on a journey to help you identify where you are spiritually and also help you define your next step. As you discover your role in God’s story, you’ll build relationships, find places to share your gifts and have an opportunity to become a LFC Ministry Partner (our term for member).
Each session of Welcome 101 is three consecutive Sundays from 6-7:45pm with free childcare (0-10 years). Our next session will be held in January – stay tuned for more details.
Lake Forest men gather a various times in locations throughout Lake Norman to study scripture and books, build accountability and form friendships. Studies are on-going and it’s never too late to jump in.

So often we can feel like our daily work is purposeless, and we can have difficulty connecting it to our faith. The Bible presents an encouraging and realistic vision for our work and how it relates to our mission as followers of Jesus.
Mission Pastor Andy Muhich will present this Biblical picture, and then we will spend time discussing and applying this within each of our own lives, industries and work. This will also be a pilot event to determine if there is interest in future gatherings.
No need to register or RSVP. Just join us and feel free to invite a co-worker.
