Join us in loving people as they discover and live out their role in God’s story!
Lake Forest Church-Davidson Campus Pastor
• Are you a people person? (i.e. more real friends than Facebook friends)
• Do you take God seriously and yourself not-so-seriously? (we’re the same way)
• Can you confidently and successfully shepherd a flock that includes people who are skeptical about faith, longtime believers…and everywhere in between?
An emphatic “Yes” to all three? If so, we’d like for you to keep reading and consider joining our team. Lake Forest Church is seeking a Campus Pastor for its Davidson worship community – this person will love a growing group of imperfect people and help them discover and live out their role in God’s story. We are looking for a people-focused person who enjoys pastoring others and leading them towards spiritual growth at every point on the spiritual journey. If that sounds like you, download the position profile to learn more.

Lake Forest Church missio Dei Team Leader
One of the core passions of Lake Forest Church is to Live Like Jesus (always on the missio Dei) and we encourage everyone in our tribe to find a way to GO: engaging in the lives of vulnerable people – homeless and homebound, orphans and widows, unreached and overlooked – sharing God’s love with our actions and words both in and beyond our community.
We are seeking a missio Dei Team Leader who has a passion and calling for missions and who can also raise up others in our church to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
Oh, and do you know who Gumby is? Yes, we’re talking about the green bendy iconic figurine from TV. The best person for our missio Dei Team Leader role will need to have some Gumby skills, too – flexing and adapting to the obstacles and opportunities that come with joining God’s mission.
If you’re excited to stretch and grow your faith in a role like this, please email your cover letter and resume to Suzanne Powell.
