Welcome to Kidtropolis!
Huntersville Campus: 9:30am and 11am services
Davidson Campus: 9:30am and 11am services service
When children come to Lake Forest they are cared for by nurturing leaders and find a connection to God and friends in large and small group environments. We’ll check your child in for our Early Childhood (babies – - kindergarten) or Elementary (first – fifth grade) programs, get to know him or her and introduce you to the leaders they will be staying with during service. Parents and kids will receive matching identification tags so they can stay connected during the worship service (in case we need to contact you with any issues) and for security reasons at pickup.
If you have any questions about Sunday mornings in Children’s Ministry, please contact Children’s Ministry Directors Cammie Howard for Huntersville or Anna Wulsin for Davidson.

Early Childhood Program at a Glance
From the beginning, your youngest ones experience God’s love in tangible ways as they are nurtured by caring adults. With age-specific activities and lessons, including Bible stories, music, crafts and snacks, your child will think church is a fun and happy place to be while you enjoy the worship services without worry or distraction.
What to Bring:
If you are checking a child into the nursery (babies, toddlers and twos), please bring a bag with diapers, wipes, change of clothes, bottles, cups, pacifiers etc. Please make sure to have everything marked with your child’s name before you come. If items are not marked, we will not be able to give to your child.
Email our Early Childhood Coordinator Jenn Poppen for more information.
Elementary Program at a Glance
We start by gathering everyone together for teaching and worship – using interactive songs, skits and videos to explain the “big idea.” Next, kids break out into their small groups, which are safe environments where they can ask questions and process what they are learning. The small group leaders are caring and consistent from week to week, and we’ve found that kids learning about God with their friends is not only fruitful, but great fun!
Email our Elementary Coordinator Lisa Huskey for more information.
